On 9th May 2023, S&P Global Ratings published an updated request for comment(RFC) on proposed changes to its risk-based capital adequacy methodology for insurers and reinsurers.
S&P Global comments "The comment period ended 14th July 2023. We'd like to thank market participants for their feedback. We expect to finalise and publish the new criteria in the fourth quarter of this year. We will update market participants if our expectations change. As stated previously, the current criteria remain in effect until such time as any new criteria are issued and made effective."
