Ecclesiastical has officially appointed Denise Cockrem as its Group cfo.
Subject to regulatory approval, she will join Ecclesiastical’s Board as an executive director from 1st July, having led the Finance, Actuarial, Risk and Internal Audit functions since last year.
Denise joins from the renewable energy company Good Energy Group, where she held the position of cfo. She brings a wealth of relevant experience having held various positions at Ernst & Young, Barclays, RBS, Direct Line and RSA.

Alongside her role at Ecclesiastical, she is also a non-executive director of the Skipton Building Society and a Trustee of MacIntyre Academy Trust, which provides education and support for children and young people with learning difficulties.
